VETRANS LLC is a freight broker in Puyallup, Washington, with flatbed and step deck loads for semis and maxis, and LTL for hot shots. Most of the freight is building products: plywood, lumber, roofing, pipe, and sheetrock.

A clean POD is a legible, signed bill of lading, invoiced with our load number to accounting@go-vetrans.com, our fax, or the mail. One at a time or a stack.

Permits
You pull them, we pay for them
Overweight, over-length, and over-height permits are paid in the dispatch unless it says otherwise. Keep the receipt; we can ask for it.
On the road
Changes come from us
Reroutes and reconsignments come from VETRANS only. If anyone else asks for one in our name, call (253) 833-4688.

Start setup with these in hand
The packet is a W-9, our carrier information sheet, an ACH form, and our broker-carrier agreement. Signing it on your phone takes about 15 minutes with your papers in hand, or up to an hour if you’re tracking them down and reading every line. Or print the PDF and send it back. The agreement runs a year and renews itself, and either of us can end it with 30 days’ notice in writing.

- No Unsatisfactory rating. We check SAFER and SMS before your first load, and you tell us in writing if your rating turns Conditional or Unsatisfactory.
