We’re Dominic Santiago and Will Reynolds. We are VETRANS.
Dom’s parents started VETRANS in 2006. His dad served in the United States Marine Corps. As a military spouse, one could say his mom served, too. Their experience with our military serves as the basis for our company’s name.
Today, it’s the two of us. Dom has brokered freight for 20 years. Will spent seven years driving, in Oregon and Washington, and has 20 years of brokering freight and managing drivers.
VETRANS continues to serve as “Trucking’s Two-Way Street.” Shippers and carriers have been treated as equal, valued customers from our first day in business. We still run it this way. Quote what a load will really cost. Pay carriers what we agreed, when we agreed. If something goes sideways on the road, you hear it from us first.
We price a load knowing what it takes to haul it, and there’s no call center or handoff between you and us. Either of us can say yes on the spot.

Shipment Terms and Conditions: Carrier has read and agrees to all terms and conditions of the VETRANS, LLC Broker-Carrier Agreement. Carrier agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and statutes in the provision of all services provided pursuant to this dispatch. Carrier is responsible to provide legal and suitable equipment to transport shipment.
The rate you book is the rate you're paid. We've run a flatbed carrier ourselves, so the rate starts from your cost to haul the load.

Payment Terms and Conditions: Failure to provide acceptable Proof of Delivery will result in delay of payment. Payment due date will commence on the day VETRANS, LLC receives acceptable invoicing and Proof of Delivery documents, and not on the day that the shipment was picked up or delivered.
What gets you paid is in writing. Every load lists the paperwork we need back, so a check doesn't stall over a missing page.
Net 30 from a clean POD. We pay you even before the shipper pays us. ACH costs you nothing, and quick pay is there when you need it sooner.
